This means we have posted it and you should get it the next day or after. All UK orders are sent First Class Recorded and must be signed for. This means in the UK, depending on the Royal Mail and weekends, you should get your order within 2-5 days from your order time!

Orders to Ireland and the European mainland, and rest of the world will take longer, around 3-10 days.

These times are not guaranteed in any way, but are just a good indication of what can be expected.

Delivery Info in detail:

The time it takes form you placing an order to you getting it, depends on 2 things, the dispatch time (how long it takes us to make and send the order) and the carriage time : time it takes for the post office to deliver.

Dispatch time: This is how long it takes us from receiving your order, to make your pants for you and dispatch them to the Royal Mail.

When we dispatch the order an email will be sent to you letting you know.

We endeavour (but don't guarantee) to make your order and send it out within one WORKING day from receiving your order, subject to credit clearance and availability of stock.

This means an order at 5pm on Friday won't be started on until Monday morning and should be dispatched that afternoon, but an order on Monday should be dispatched on Tuesday.

At peak times we might be a bit slower, but we will let you know if there is a delay or if your choice is out of stock. If in doubt call us and we can confirm when we can send your order out.

Carriage time: This is how long it takes the Royal mail to get your completed order form us to you. Please see our dispatch and delivery info chart above to help you work out when your order may arrive. There is an individual bar code reference with each order which allows basic tracking.

We send all UK orders first class recorded delivery. This means they should arrive in 1-2 days with you after receiving your dispatch email. We offer their special delivery service which guarantees next day delivery for an extra charge. Please note: all orders must be signed for so please send them to an address where someone will be there to accept the parcel in person.

All deliveries will be made according to the carrier's standard procedures and must be signed for. If there is no one there to sign for the package, a note will be placed through the letter box, and it will be taken back to the postal depot for collection. Please note orders can not be sent to PO Box addresses.

Should you require clarification on what happens if no-one is available to receive the goods, and/or a signature is required, please contact the Post Office direct.

Orders not picked up within 1-2 weeks will be returned to Dirty Knickers.

At this point you must contact Dirty Knickers to ensure that delivery will successful a second time. (we will try to contact you) Charges may apply.

• Royal Mail special next day delivery (1 - 2 working days. On orders dispatched before noon Mon-Fri, delivery next working day before 1pm) : £6.88*(Signature required)

• Standard Delivery (3 - 5 working days) : £3.88 (we are not insured and therefore accept no liability for the order from dispatch once sent this way)
• Signed for delivery (3 - 5 working days) : £6.88 (Insured. Signature required)
