Enter your wording in the box and the bottom of the screen and watch it appear live on the knickers. You can change the colour and material of the wording, and of course the style of pants on this screen. You can also click on the templates folder and have your name or message over a heart or star etc.

Your order should arrive within the UK is usually 5-7 working days. Delivery outside the UK can take up to 10 days or longer.

This depends on TWO things

1. Dispatch time: This is how long it takes us from receiving your order, to make your pants for you and dispatch them to the Royal Mail.

   When we dispatch the order an email will be sent to you letting you know. We endeavour (but don't guarantee) to make your order and send it out within one WORKING day from receiving your order. This means an order at 5pm on Friday won't be started on until Monday morning and should be dispatched that afternoon, but an order on Monday should be dispatched on Tuesday. At peak times we might be a bit slower, but we will let you know if there is a delay or if your choice is out of stock. If in doubt call us and we can confirm when we can send your order out.

   

2. Delivery time: This is how long it takes the Royal mail to get your completed order form us to you. See our dispatch and delivery info chart to help you work out when your order may arrive. There is an individual bar code reference with each order which allows basic tracking.

   We send all UK orders first class recorded delivery. This means they should be with you in 1-2 days. We offer their special delivery service which guarantees next day delivery for an extra charge. Please note: all orders must be signed for so please send them to an address where someone will be there to accept the parcel in person.

Yes there is but as we enter our third year we know when to expect high demand. At Christmas we hire in extra staff and all our orders are dispatched before the last guaranteed day for Royal mail delivery. Our website will inform you of when we are at maximum capacity for that day. We believe that as an internet based company, our speed of dispatch is critical to our success and we make every effort ensure you are happy.

All our sizes are based on major UK retail outlet sizes. Sizes do vary from retailer to retailer so if there's any doubt, order a size bigger than you think. The sizes are not marked on the Personalised Message and we can exclude them from the care card if you want. Please remember personalised underwear made especially for you is not returnable unless there is a clear manufacturing fault.
